Office Hours

"The public awareness of your company is made by your employees."
It sounds obvious when you say it out loud. But it's easy to forget when you're deep in product roadmaps and launch timelines. The thing is, no amount of marketing polish can fake what people sense immediately when they interact with your team. Either the energy is there, or it isn't.
At Coreflux, we've been intentional about this but not in a forced, corporate wellness kind of way. More like: let's yank the developers away from their laptops and make them pose for photos under studio lights. Let's crowd around a whiteboard and argue about what to name the next big thing we're launching. Let's make sure everyone in the room feels equally responsible for what we're building.
These moments matter more than they seem. When the whole team has a hand in naming a product, they carry it differently. When engineers who usually live in code have to stand in front of a camera and be human for an hour, something shifts. It's uncomfortable and that's precisely the point. We shared a bit of this chaos on LinkedIn already.
A couple of weeks ago, we hosted Coreflux Cracked. It was a private event that brought together partners, curious minds, and people who genuinely care about making a positive dent in this industry.

We had strong help with the logistics, but internally everyone knew why we were doing it. That alignment doesn't happen by accident. It's built in moments like these. If you missed the recap, here's what we shared after the event.
I'm not a technical person. I don't write code or architect systems. But I get to witness something that's genuinely rare: a team that trusts the plan and trusts each other. Yes, there are many meetings about mission statements and quarterly goals But the trust comes from showing up together. From doing slightly awkward things. And from realizing that the people next to you are just as invested as you are.
That's what working at Coreflux feels like right now. And if I'm being honest, it's not something I take for granted.
